Discussing Kindness and Helping Friends 

Valentine's Day translates to The Day of Love and Friendship in Spanish. So, I took this opportunity to share with Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade a book about helping others and kindness.  We made fun Valentine paintings and crafts while we discussed how to help others. It was great to hear their thoughts about community kindness and how to help others!
